blurry buzzard

Or as we call them around here ‘Tourist Eagles’. Mirror, signal, pull over, switch camera on, point, focus, zoom, click, and he’s gone… today I also missed catching a great crow riding the strong wind at the top of the Bealach, and a Heron on the wing.

Hah! That's what we call them too! (as mentioned here: http://dancingbeastie.wordpress.com/2010/03/24/mountains-eagles-and-a-snowy-beach-the-best-of-scotland/ )
That's a better picture of one than I've ever managed, blurry or not. I found your blog through the 'where the mountains meet the sea' site – glad I did.
